Great site!
I got two from the "China National Lottery" in the last two days. Both are identical. One showed up in my bulk mail folder, identified by HotMail as CRAP, but the one today came into my inbox. I did a Google search for China National Lottery scam (and a few variations), but all that comes up are the UK (like the one you received) and Netherlands scams. No word anywhere of the China National Lottery. Is there such a thing? I mean a legitmate lottery?
