Registrant info failure, "by proxy", dude. L2 make assumptions?
They are not Russian Spammers. It is from a guy named Dan Todd in Utah who does scammy web design services. He really doesn't provide any sort of quality, but has you sign a contract. He hires and fires his employees often. Sometimes he'll fire almost everyone except one or two employees. He also claims to know website design and seo and charges quite a bit for these services.
